A relaxed evening in a local neighbourhood was the perfect opportunity to catch up and discuss the recent news and developments, to meet and welcome a new member to the TBG family (Anthomeli Blog) and to say goodbye as most of the members will be busy travelling during the summer.
Piotita Paliakis is a family owned business which has been operating for the past 17 years. TBG members were welcomed by the owner Vasilis Paliakis who showed them the authentic Greek hospitality and offered various Greek dishes which included a great selection of souvlaki kalamaki (chicken, pork, beef), chicken gyros, a selection of salads (Piotita Paliakis salad, Caesar salad and Greek salad) and appetizers like the famous tzatziki. The restaurant also offers delivery service.
Mr Paliakis explained that the area of Pangrati has become quite popular among tourists as there are a number of Airbnb rentals. The main square – – Platia Varnava is a quiet neighbourhood with a number of coffee shops and local restaurants. It is a great choice for an evening out with family or friends.
We would like to thank Piotita Paliakis for their excellent hospitality and an enjoyable evening spent in great company. Stay up to date with TBG’s news by following us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
