18 JAN 2015 (ATHENS, Greece) – The “Travel Bloggers Greece Launch Brunch,” held at the Grecotel Pallas Athena on January 18, gathered professional and aspiring travel bloggers based in Greece to network and learn more about upcoming events.
Travel Bloggers Greece (TBG) was recently established to promote the interests of travel bloggers that cover Greece as a travel destination as well as educate about travel blogging, promote authentic travel and increase awareness of Greek travel destinations. Eligible members include travel, photography, food and culture bloggers.
The event started off with a meeting where Travel Bloggers Greece spoke about the organizations goals and plans for 2015. TBG also discussed upcoming educational blogging sessions that will take place in Greece throughout the year.
Following the meeting a delicious buffet brunch was served at the Pallas Athena Restaurant located on the 1st floor. This gave the opportunity for all members to get to know each other in a warm environment, enjoy great food in excellent company.
After brunch, Australian artist Mathew Halpin whose artwork is currently on display at the Grecotel Pallas Athena spoke about his work and inspiration.
A hotel tour then followed, giving an opportunity for everyone to see this unique boutique hotel located in the heart of Athens.
Another highlight of the day was an Athens Limo Tour which was organized by SATTAS GROUP. Thank you everyone for joining us on this special occasion!
